Pat Owens
I emigrated from Thailand to the United States about 40 years ago. I am now a naturalized U.S.A. citizen. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and have visited many beautiful places in the US and abroad. I am involved in the annual St. Petersburg International Folk Fair (SPIFFS), an organization that promote Thai culture. Prior to establishing Alterations By Pat, I worked in the garment industry and small clothing companies for many years.
